Durability without blunt force

Durable response in immunotherapy does not have to mean persistent overactivation. For microbial platforms, durability can come from precise persistence, local feedback, and engineered restraint.

The design challenge is to create systems that remain therapeutically useful while staying bounded by safeguards. This requires thinking about the therapy as a living circuit, not a static dose.

Control as a product requirement

Every platform decision, from strain selection to output tuning, should contribute to a system that clinicians can understand and patients can trust.
